Cancellation Policy
- More than 4 weeks before the tour: Any deposit paid will be refunded in full.
- 2–4 weeks before the tour: 20% of the total amount is due.
- 1–2 weeks before the tour: 30% of the total amount is due.
- 1 day – 1 week before the tour: 50% of the total amount is due.
- Less than 24 hours before / no show: 100% of the total amount is due.
For tours requiring special reservations (overnight stays, hired vehicles, etc.), a separate cancellation policy may apply — this will be communicated in advance. Unless otherwise stated, the above policy applies.
Terms & Conditions
Tour Content All tours are private — no other participants will join your booked tour. Route and schedule are agreed with the client in advance.
Payment Prices include planning and conducting the tour as agreed. Entrance fees and transport costs are only included if agreed in advance. Payment is made in advance by bank transfer, PayPal, or credit card. In special cases a deposit may be sufficient.
Jurisdiction Jurisdiction is Germany.
Severability Should any of the above conditions not comply with applicable German law, this shall not affect the remaining provisions.
